I was asked to create an overall brand direction, logo and website for Simpact – a socially responsible landlord who owns and manages affordable homes and social housing in England and Wales.
After researching the industry and in particular the process of the advisory businesses of social and affordable housing solutions. Several routes were created but one stood out as being simple and relevant to the industry. A dynamic house shape which could be rotated and divided into a modular design system resonated with the client. An architectural style together with a comforting colour palette kept the brand suitable as an affordable housing business.
The logo mark depicts a building to show development and the alignment of the tittle shows the business is forward thinking. The modular house shapes create impactful supporting graphics.
