I was asked to create a series of illustrations for the NHS as part of their bereavement practices. The content was used in a bereavement pack and internal messaging. I created a selection of flowers that symbolise comfort such as camomile, jasmine and lavender. The petals falling show end-of-life.
I also added sky elements to indicate deep thoughts with a sun setting on life. The waves and doves to symbolise peace. The feedback was that the illustrations felt very fitting to the subject and were appropriate and comforting at the same time. A very worthwhile project.
